Chris serves as our Director of Construction and Facilities and oversees all repair and maintenance functions for MAD Concepts. In addition, he is also responsible for all new construction, remodel and conversion projects.

 

Chris began his career in the food service industry as an Installation Manager for a company that manufactured and installed restaurant kitchen equipment and dining room packages. In this position he worked closely with the restaurant construction teams and third-party installation subcontractors to ensure a successful installation and startup of the kitchen equipment. Later he used these skills to transition into restaurant Facilities and Construction Management for several prominent chains like Starbucks, Brinker International, Potbelly Sandwich Works and Fiesta Restaurant Group. In these various roles, he has managed large teams of Facility Managers and successfully built many new restaurants. Chris also served as the Vice President of Development for Rightway Facility Services, a national contractor that provided facilities maintenance and construction services for major brands like Chick-Fil-A, Darden and Jack in The Box.
