Mr. Lindley is the co-founder of Vestlink Holdings & MAD Concepts Group (Make a Difference). Vestlink Holdings is the investment vehicle to evaluate and purchase operating companies focused in the hospitality industry. Mad Concepts Group is the operating entity that runs the day-to-day operations of Slim Chickens, Floyd's 99 Barbershop and Jakes Burgers and Beer.

Prior to becoming a franchisee and business owner, he spent nine years as the VP of Real Estate for Potbelly Sandwich Shop. Before joining Potbelly, Courtney served as the Senior Director of Real Estate for the central region of the United States for Starbucks Coffee Company.

Courtney is an experienced corporate finance, operations, and development professional, having led and assisted in numerous expansions of Fortune 500 companies and small single/multi unit operators. Courtney has been involved in private placement acquisitions and valuations of distressed and healthy companies across a variety of industries with a focus on entertainment venues and restaurants. Mr. Lindley earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University, wherein he majored in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis.
