Hometown: Born in Lafayette, Indiana, but considers Arlington, Texas to be her hometown

As the VP of Operations (AKA "Culture Keeper"), Kendra's primary responsibility is leading our team in daily operations and helping to develop and grow our brands and our amazing people. Kendra ranks the responsibilities of "Culture Keeper" and taking care of the MAD Concepts Group team so that they are able to take care of our guests, above all else.

Kendra joined Jakes Burgers and Beer in 2017 with more than 27 years of restaurant operations and marketing experience. Kendra is a passionate, inspired leader that has a long-standing talent for creating and executing game-changing business strategies to gain competitive advantage, create happy team members and guests and optimize stakeholder value.

Kendra currently sits as the Chairperson Emeritus of the National Restaurant Association's Marketing Executive Group's Board of Directors, she is a member of the Texas Restaurant Association and National Restaurant Association and holds a Bachelors degree in Corporate Telecommunications from Texas Tech University.
