As Director of Catering, Lisa is responsible for coordinating Slim Chicken all catering activities, GameDay Meals, fundraisers, donations, community engagement and events as well as uniforms, POS maintenance and systems maintenance.

​

Prior to assuming her role at MAD Concepts Group, Lisa was Assistant Producer of Commercial Table-Top production where she managed clients including McDonald's, Asahi, CoverGirl, Bob Evans, and many other international and local brands. Before that, Lisa worked as a Real Estate Contracting and Listing Coordinator for a 100+ person office team and was an Executive Assistant to a Real Estate top-producer in Chicago. Outside of her current role at MAD Concepts Group, Lisa is also a front office and cafeteria mom at Richardson ISD Bowie Elementary.

While students at the University of Wyoming, Lisa and Bob roofed houses together and have been working together ever since! In her free time, Lisa loves spending time with friends and enjoying good food.
