Courtney Lindley is the co-founder of Vestlink Holdings & MAD Concepts Group, where he leads strategy, development, & investment across a growing portfolio of hospitality brands. With a background in corporate real estate & finance, Courtney has played a key role in expanding iconic brands like Starbucks & Potbelly, & now leverages that expertise to scale concepts with purpose. A Texas Christian University graduate with a degree in Finance & Real Estate, Courtney brings a sharp eye for market opportunities & a steady hand in high-growth environments. Through MAD, he continues to acquire, develop, & operate standout businesses that blend performance with heart.

With more than an acre of turfed outdoor space, oversized TVs streaming the biggest games, music throughout the yard, and seasonal live music on weekends, there’s always something happening. Whether you’re cheering on your team, meeting friends for drinks, or enjoying a family night out, The Backyard creates the perfect atmosphere to stay awhile.
Game day hits differently in The Backyard. Watch your favorite teams on our large outdoor TVs while enjoying great food, cold drinks, and music that keeps the energy up without the sideline commentary. Throughout the year, guests can also look forward to seasonal events, weekend live music, community gatherings, and more reasons to come back again and again.

The Backyard was designed to be a comfortable, family-friendly environment everyone can enjoy. The fully fenced in yard features soft turf for easier play & gathering, with a playground designed for ages 5-12. To help keep the space safe & enjoyable, weapons, projectiles & glass are not permitted in The Backyard.
Leashed, well behaved pets are welcome to join the fun, & designated pet relief areas are conveniently located beyond the fenced yard space so everyone can enjoy a clean & comfortable environment.

Bob Gregg is the co-founder of MAD Concepts Group, where he leads with a people-first mindset and a passion for operational excellence. With decades of hands-on experience, Bob currently oversees daily operations for our brands. His operational leadership spans multiple acquisitions and transitions, merging teams seamlessly into MAD’s culture-driven systems. Before founding MAD, Bob was instrumental in scaling Potbelly Sandwich Shop from five to over 400 locations, authoring the operations manual and developing key programs that fueled national growth. Bob brings deep knowledge, sharp instincts, and a commitment to building teams that make a difference.
Kendra Shier, President of Jakes and Tacos & Avocados, joined Jakes in 2017 bringing 35 years of hospitality leadership to MAD Concepts Group. She is the driving force behind the daily operations of our food brands and the fierce protector of MAD’s people-first culture. She ranks the responsibility of “Culture Keeper” above all else. Prior to joining Jakes, Shier served as Vice President of Operations and Marketing for Nestle Toll House Cafés, Bread Winners Cafes and Vice President of Marketing for Pizza Inn, Pie Five Pizza and The Melting Pot Restaurants. Shier served as the Chairperson of the National Restaurant Association’s Marketing Executive Group and is a member of the Texas Restaurant Association, National Restaurant Association and holds a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Telecommunications from Texas Tech University. Her mission is simple: take care of our team, so they can take care of our guests.
